Combine the rosemary, thyme,
onion, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender, cover and blend till
mixture is coarsely ground. Sprinkle mixture evenly over meat; rub in
with your fingers. Store in a tightly covered container. Makes about 10
teaspoons.
Rubs: rush spices, seeds, and dried
herbs slightly before rubbing to release the flavor. You can also boost
the flavor of the rubbed meat by covering and refrigerating it for up
to several hours.
